PURPOSE: Provided are an insecticide-applied paper bag for covering pear and an insecticide applying apparatus, which can extinguish nymphs and imagoes of scale insects perfectly in the pear bag without affecting the inner pear. CONSTITUTION: The twofold paper bag is produced by melting 20wt% of paraffin wax, 5-10wt% of linseed oil and 10wt% of paraffin oil at 70-90deg.C, applying a heated first solution to the inside of red skin or blue colored inner bag by using a heating roller of 120deg.C and drying the bag, and applying a second solution of 1wt% each of sevin and EPN and 3wt% of turpentine oil or paraffin to the bag at room temperature. The apparatus comprises guide rollers(a,b,c), a first applying device composed of a porous first and a second heating rollers(11,14), a first and a second rubber rollers(12,13) and a boiling container(30) holding the first solution(10), and a second applying device composed of a porous steel roller(21), a third and a forth rubber rollers(22,23) and a container(40) holding the second solution(20), and a paper bag making device(200).
