PURPOSE: A method for culturing chemical-free bean sprouts and a cultivation device are provided to eliminate the process step of various harmful medicines, to cultivate chemical-free bean sprouts, and to provide a culturing container having optimal environment conditions. CONSTITUTION: According to the method for culturing bean sprouts, after disposing cultivation container in the cultivation device, water required to cultivate the bean sprouts is produced by heating the water that remains after boiling rice straws by using a heating tank(4). The produced water is purified passing through a primary purification tank(5) and a secondary purification tank(5'), and is transferred into a purified water tank(6). After transferring the purified water to a supply tank(2), the water is automatically injected into an injection hole by using an automatic pump. The water is injected into the cultivation container for three days. For preventing the generation of thin extra roots, the bean sprouts are reversed and continuously cultivated. |
