PURPOSE: A device for diffusing extinguishing material in an automatic fire extinguisher for a gas range is provided to extinguish fire more quickly and exactly and in more wide range. CONSTITUTION: A device for diffusing extinguishing material in an automatic fire extinguisher for a gas range includes a helical gear(112) formed at the outer circumference, an inclined projection(111) formed at the upper surface, extinguishing material diffusing means(11) having a through hole(113) formed at the center portion of the device for passing the extinguishing material, a support jaw(102) formed in an empty diffusion nozzle(10), in which the extinguishing material diffusing means is inserted into the upper portion of the support jaw in a rotatable manner, and flow prevention means(12) mounted on the upper portion of the extinguishing material diffusing means.
