PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric current processing circuit that keeps the frequency band of an input section of a current-voltage conversion means and can accurately process the current. SOLUTION: The photoelectric current processing circuit is provided with a current copy circuit 5 as an input circuit where the base of a transistor(TR) Q1 and the emitter of a TR Q2 are connected to the input terminal receiving the output current signal from a photo sensor 2 receiving an optical signal, a current source 4 is connected to a collector of the TR Q1 and the base of the TR Q2, the emitter of the TR Q1 is connected to ground, and the collector of the TR Q2 is used for an output terminal. An output current from the current copy circuit 5 is fed to a current-voltage conversion circuit 3 consisting of an amplifier 7, a feedback resistor Rf and a DC power supply E3 and converted into a voltage. |
