<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmitter-receiver that changes a transmission rate with a simple and small-scale hardware configuration and realizes continuous transmission power control even at a variable rate. SOLUTION: An inverse spread section 105 applies inverse spread processing to a received signal for a prescribed integration period, a rate conversion section 106 changes a rate of the received signal after inverse spread processing by the software processing, a rate conversion section 117 changes a rate of a transmission base band signal in response to a data quantity to be sent, a spread section 118 conducts spread processing at a prescribed spread rate, a radio transmission section 119 decides a transmission power on the basis of a transmission power value at preceding transmission stored in a memory 120 and transmits a transmission signal that is spread-processed.</p> |
