PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages to a weld trace by holding effectively end portion pairs as a plurality of welding objects. SOLUTION: Winding 13 of a stator 1 of an dynamo-electric machine is constituted by welding end portions 161, 162 of a plurality of segments 15. A plurality of paired end portions 17 arranged on the end portion of the stator 1 are welded by using welding equipment 3. In the welding process, the plurality of paired end portions 17 are held by arrows 25b of a plurality of radially arranged retainers in the peripheral direction. The arrows 25b are radially movable in the radial direction. After spherical welding parts 19 are formed, the arrows 25b are made to retreat to the outside in the radial direction, and the holding of the plurality of end portion pairs 17 is released. |
