PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally set a priority transfer function by selecting a 1st or 2nd incoming call transfer function according to the content of a table for transfer priority information setting as to which to give priority between the 1st and 2nd incoming call transfer functions stored in a rewritable memory, when an incoming call is received. SOLUTION: When an extension incoming call is received, a terminal to be called decides which between individual transfer and system transfer is preferential by referring to transfer destination priority information, and when the system transfer is decided as preferential, the terminal makes an incoming call to the terminal of a transfer destination corresponding to the extension incoming call of the system transfer. When the individual transfer is decided as preferential, whether or not individual transfer destination setting exists is checked, the incoming call is made to the transfer destination in the case the called person is in the middle of communication. A user can select priority between an individual transfer function, that allows the user to change the transfer destinations of a call and a system transfer function capable of selecting a transfer destination according to the type of the call, so that an incoming call transfer function having a high degree of freedom can be realized.
