PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically heating unit excellent in heat conductivity. SOLUTION: This unit includes a first metal member 21 joined with a metal tube 11 of a sheath heater 1 and a second metal member 31 joined to the first metal member 21. The metal tube 11 is made of an aluminum material and has an abut surface 11a on the outer peripheral surface. The first metal member 21 is an aluminum material and has a first abut surface 21a abutted on the abut surface 11a and a first counterpart abut surface 21b. The second metal member 31 is made of a stainless steel material. The metal tube 11, the first and second metal members 21 and 31 are joined to the abut surfaces 11a, 21a, 21b and 31b with a metal brazing filler material 41.
