PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of offset voltage and to expand a linear control operation range. SOLUTION: In this electronic circuit including a comparator having a comparator 1, a linear control operation range is made narrower by the influence of an offset voltage when an applied voltage to the comparator decreases. Hence the comparator 1 is connected to a battery through a switch SW, and when a battery voltage is equal to or more than a prescribed value, the switch SW is closed so as to make the comparator 1 operate with the battery voltage.
