PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a video signal from a memory from a TV camera after simply applying an electronic zoom processing to it by recording electronic zoom information which indicates electronic zoom magnifying power concerning an interpolating processing, an electronic zoom object range or both of them in relation to the recorded video signal. SOLUTION: The video signal after the execution of a prescribed video signal processing is inputted to an electronic zoom information adding circuit 5. The video signal to which electronic zoom information is added in the circuit 5 is inputted to a selector circuit 6. The selector circuit 6 inputs an electronic zoom information additional video signal from the circuit 5 and an electronic zoom additional signal from the memory 7, selects one of them and outputs the selected signal to the memory 7. Then information corresponding to the portion of a plurality of fields for every prescribed electronic zoom additional video signal is recorded by a control signal from a microcomputer 8.
