PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detector of electronics capable of stably supporting a rotor to rotate a rotary detecting element even when a containing area of a mechanism component is narrow. SOLUTION: A movable unit 16 is rotatably supported to a support member 15 by a coupling shaft 17. When an intermediate gear 26 is rotated by a power of a motor, the unit having a fixed gear 24 rotates to a rising attitude. A rotor 43 is provided at a transmission route of the power of the motor. The rotor 43 is engaged at its shaft 43b with a rotor 42 of a rotation detecting element 40, a pin-like slide protrusion 43c is provided at an opposite side, and the protrusion 43c slides on a wall 35a of a supporting plate 35. Accordingly, the rotor 43 is stably rotated within a narrow space.
