PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store data with a plurality of different bit widths to a memory. SOLUTION: An input controller 1000 outputs control information S101 with an 8-bit width and compressed stream data S1002 with a 16-bit width, a system controller integrates the control information S101 and the compressed stream data S1002 into system data S101 consisting of low-order 8-bit and high-order 16-bit data respectively and outputs to a storage device 101 as the data S101, which stores the data to the same addresses. Furthermore, an output controller 1001 uses a computing element 102 to decode the compressed stream data S1002 and gives a PCM output with 24-bit width stored in the storage device 101 to the storage device 101 as system data S101.
