PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sense of interactive operation in a one-way broadcast. SOLUTION: A visible symbol, which is referenced when an object is selected from a video signal of a video image including the object, is expressed in cross- reference with the object in the video image of the object, and information related to the object is multiplexed on the video signal. The title receiver receives a one-way broadcast whose object is displayed through the selection thereof by referencing the symbol, a remote controller 11 is used to reference the symbol corresponding to the object displayed on a color cathode ray tube 7 and selects a channel from a 1st tuner 2 and a 2nd tuner 3 so as to display the related information.
