PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proportional control valve facilitating adjustment of a position detector. SOLUTION: This proportional control valve 1 feed back controls travel of a moving member united to a valve body on the basis of a feed back value of a position detector 52, and adjusts a flow rate by opening of a valve on the basis of a lift amount of the valve body. On an uniting member 54 fixed to the moving member and connecting a detecting rod 53 of the position detector 52 and the moving member, an adjusting member 56 for adjusting the position of the detecting rod 53 is provided.
