PURPOSE: A method for inserting cell of battery into the form rolling case is provided for directly inserting and mounting the cell within the rolling case in order to perform tooth part bending, cutting, flux applying and drying, C.O.S. molding processes in order to accomplish the reduction of working time and improvement of productivity, as well as remarkably decrease the failure rate at cell inserting process. CONSTITUTION: The method for inserting cell of battery into the form rolling case comprises the arrangement processes of (a),(b),(c) to insert half the formed cell into the rolling case(4) in the presence of jig as a medium; the tooth part(5') bending process(d) to close the tooth part(5') of electrode plate (5) of the cell(1) projecting from the upper part of the form rolling case(4) by half its height; the cutting process(e) of tooth part to a height of the tooth part equal to another; the flux application and drying processes(f) over the tooth part(5'); and C.O.S molding process(g) to mold the strap to the tooth part(5') to the same electrodes and fully inserting process(i) of the molded material into the form rolling case.
