PURPOSE: A double offset constant speed joint is provided to reduce the vibration and noises of a vehicle by decreasing an axial slide resistance and to improve durability by reducing heat caused by friction inside the joint. CONSTITUTION: Six rectilinear ball track grooves are axially formed on an inner face of an outer wheel and an outer face of an inner wheel(2) at an equal angle of 60 degrees. Six balls are assembled between the ball track grooves. A cage(6) supports and guides the ball to a certain position. A rectilinear planar portion is formed in the center of the outer spherical face of the inner wheel. The center of a radius of the outer spherical face of the inner wheel is placed in a position offset at an equal interval on a vertical central line. Thus, axial gaps(d1,d2) are formed between the cage and the inner wheel.
