PURPOSE: An apparatus for stabilizing sight with a pneumatic static bearing is provided to remove friction by using the pneumatic static bearing rather than a surface-contacting bearing for moving a mounting plate, thereby simplifying assembly procedure while reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stabilizing sight with a pneumatic static bearing includes a cross bearing pin(11) formed with a cross introducing path for supplying air inside and a plurality of nozzles for discharging introduced air, an azimuth angle bearing body(16) longitudinally mounted with a predetermined gap from the cross bearing pin and formed with air outlets at both ends, a high angle bearing body(17) mounted with a predetermined gap from the cross bearing pin perpendicularly to the azimuth angle bearing body and formed with air outlets at both ends, a camera mounting plate(19) fixed on the high angle bearing body which moves with relation to the cross bearing pin, a bracket(20) fixed on the azimuth bearing body at one end or both ends and fixed on one outside of the camera mounting plate at the other end or both ends, and at least more than one two-shaft actuators(18) mounted on the high angle bearing body for moving the mounting plate.
