PURPOSE: A method for producing a hole machining data of a press metal mold is provided to automatically produce machining time points and numeral controlling data for hole machining on the basis of a designed model and machining information of holes transmitted to a machining information database. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a hole machining data of a press metal mold includes the steps of modelling a type, a position, a size, and a machining depth of a designed model hole data(20), recognizing the modelled hole type, position, size and machining depth(21), establishing machining information as to kinds and size of tools to use from a machining information database with relation to the recognized hole type, position, size and machining depth(22), planning tools to use and a machining depth per hole on the basis of the established kinds and size of the tools to use per hole type(23,24), and generating a numeral controlling file with relation to the machining plan per machining tool according to a machining condition database(25).
