METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A PLURALITY OF FUNCTION KEYS USING SINGLE FUNCTION KEY

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a plurality of function keys using a single function key is provided to execute the operation of abnormal function keys using other normal key in case that abnormality is generated in the operation of part of function keys. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor previously sets up the combinations of function key commands necessary to execute key mode change by a user and stores them in a memory(301). The microprocessor judges whether the preset keyA1 and keyB1 are turned on at the same time to confirm whether the user change mode command is inputted(302). In case that the preset keyA1 and keyB1 are turned on at the same time, the microprocessor displays a function key change menu for the function key change selection of the user change mode through a display unit(303). The microprocessor selects a desired function key to change using one of the preset function keys(304). If a function key indicating setup completion is inputted, the microprocessor stores the preset function key change program in the memory(305).
