DRINK USING RAW ALLIUM TUBEROSUM ROTH. EXTRACTION LIQUID

PURPOSE: Provided is a drink using raw leek extract liquid, which contains strong perfume and taste of the leek and can take easily the leek having various virtues. The drink doesn't change Brix degree as time. CONSTITUTION: The drink contains i) 14.0wt% of sugar solution ripened-extract of raw leek(59o Brix); ii) 3.0wt% of Grapefruit concentrate(64o Brix); iii) 0.15wt% of vitamin C; iv) 2.0wt% of honey; and then v) 80.85wt% of purified-water. The extract of the leek is obtained by the steps of: i) washing the leek and removing water from the leek, followed by cutting it in size of 3-5cm; ii) putting it in the vessel and ripening about two weeks at room temperature; and then iii) pressing, filtering and extracting it.
