PURPOSE: An assembly type block is provided to improve workability and heat efficiency while reducing period for constructing pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A block comprises a lower plate(10) onto which a pair of hot water pipelines(11) are formed, the lower plate having at four bottom corners thereof horizontal adjusting members(12) which are screw-coupled to the corners for maintaining a horizontal level, and an upper plate(20) which is to be disposed onto the lower plate so as to form a hot floor of a building. The upper plate has at a bottom surface thereof a pair of hot water pipelines(21) to cover hot water pipe arranged in the pipelines of the lower plate. The upper and lower plates are coupled by one-fourths so that one of the hot water pipelines formed at the upper plate is overlapped by half onto one of the hot water pipeline formed at the lower plate.
