PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tear mark from being produced on each tab piece when a bus bar body is separated from a carrier. SOLUTION: A bus bar body 50 is assembled in a housing and tab pieces 57 are brought into contact with terminal metal fittings, thereby short-circuiting the terminals metal fittings. In manufacturing the bus bar body 50, first, a plurality of bus bars 55 are linked to an edge part of a carrier 71 by means of bridge parts 72, a chain terminals 70 is press-molded having a shape connected to the bridge parts 72 at edge parts of link parts 56 of the bus bars 55, the bus bars 55 are unified with a holding body 51 by insert-molding, and this is separated from the carrier 71 by tearing up the bridge parts 72. In the form of the chain terminal, the bus bars 55 are locked not to tab pieces 57 but to the carrier 71 at the edge parts of the link parts 56, and therefore no tear mark is produced on the tab pieces when the bridge parts 72 are torn up.
