PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily facilitate the input for analysis of a magnetic field distribution. SOLUTION: A typical shape-parameter or the like is displayed on a screen when inputting a parameter for analysis by a finite element method to a data inputting part 11 including a mouse and a keyboard. A user can input a parameter referencing to the screen. A member of object for analysis is displayed as an image based on the input parameter, and also, the parameter can be changed from the data inputting part 11 based on the result. An input for change of the parameter is done to the data inputting part 11 and adequacy of the input parameter is confirmed. Thereafter, an analysis part 15 conducts an analysis by the finite element method, and the analysis result is displayed by a display part 16. The progress status of the analysis is easy-understandably displayed by a computing process display part 18. Even a magnetization process can be included as an object of analysis.
