PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication unit, a battery pack and a connector that can surely prevent momentary interruption of electric connection between a communication unit body and a battery pack without causing degradation in the durability and the workability. SOLUTION: This radio communication unit is configured so that the battery pack 10 is contained in a battery chamber 4 that is demarcated by mounting a cover 3 to a telephone set body 2, a male side connector 21 configuring a floating connector 20 is fixedly placed to the telephone set body 2, a female side connector 22 configuring the floating connector 20 is fixedly placed to the battery pack 10, the male side connector 21 and the female side connector 22 are fitted together to electrically connect the telephone set body 2 and the battery pack 10.
