MULTILAYERED BI-BASED SUPERCONDUCTORS INTERCALATED WITH MERCURIC HALLIDE-ORGANIC COMPLEXES AND THEIR PREPARATION

摘要

PURPOSE: A multilayered Bi-based superconductor interposing HgI2-organic material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by interposing an organic material to form a multilayered superconducting material. CONSTITUTION: A mercuric halide such as HgI2 is interposed between Bi-based superconducting material. A multilayered superconducting material layer of a superconducting material layer-insulating layer is formed by reacting the inserted mercuric halide with an organic-halogen salt.
