PICK-UP APPARATUS OF A SEMICONDUCTOR MARKING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A pickup device of a semiconductor marking machine is provided to pick up a lead frame in a stable state by reducing the number of inferior molded lead frames of strip state. CONSTITUTION: A guide cylinder(2) is installed at a lower end portion of a main block(1). A guide block(4) is moved to an upper or a lower direction according to pick up a molded lead frame of a strip state. A vacuum block(7) is operated with the guide block(4). The vacuum block(7) has a connection member(12) to provide or intercept a vacuum pressure of the inside. A conversion block(13) is installed at a lower portion of the vacuum block(7). A support member(8) is installed between a lower portion of the guide block(4) and the vacuum block(7).
