PURPOSE: Provided is a method and equipments for regenerating a spinning pack filter medium for producing polyester yarn. The method is characterized by: doing depolymerization, washing and drying successively in the same equipment; reducing energy and use quantity of washing liquor; maintaining form(metal powder) of the filter medium; and regenerating on high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Equipments is comprised of: (i)body(9) of tubular type comprised of a floor screen(8) and supporting board(6) of a spinning pack filter medium basket; (ii)a body cap(2) having an entry(1) of solvent, washing liquor and compressed air; (iii)the spinning pack filter medium basket(3) comprised of a floor mesh(5) and spinning pack filter medium(4); and (iv)a heat board(13) or a dry board(14) in the lower part of the body(9). The method for regenerating a spinning pack filter medium is prepared for: (i)setting wasted spinning pack filter medium(4) in the spinning pack filter medium basket(3); (ii)setting the spinning pack filter medium basket(3) on the supporting boards(6), followed by flowing and heating organic solution of glycol type in the body(9) through the entry(1) to depolymerize polyester polymer of wasted spinning pack filter medium(4); (iii)separating the heat board(13) from the body(9), followed by leaning the capped body(9) at an angle of 90 degree; rotating the body(9) on a turning roller(12), simultaneously flowing washing liquor through the entry(1) to wash separated metal-powder; (iv)separating the body(9) from the turning roller(12), followed by standing vertically; adhering the dry board(14) to the body(9); and then flowing compressed air through the entry(1) to dry washed metal-powder. |
