PURPOSE: The titled paint by incorporating glass powder of a waste fluorescent lamp as a filler with conventional paint composition is provided which contributes to recycling of wastes and reduces the quantity of wastes and can help drivers to distinguish lanes in the darkness. CONSTITUTION: Waste fluorescent lamp glass is ground in an apparatus comprising a crushing part (20), a screening plate (30), a glass collecting vessel (40), an aluminium collecting vessel (41) and 10 to 50% by weight of the ground fluorescent lamp glass is mixed with 40% by weight of acrylic resin having an average molecular weight of 20,000 to 30,000, 10% by weight of a pigment, 10% by weight of a stabilizer, a dispersing agent and other additives each to produce the road marking paint. |
