PURPOSE: A substrate glass composite for an image display panel is provided to increase productivity by making a liquid phase temperature lower than a forming temperature and viscosity high at the liquid phase temperature. CONSTITUTION: A substrate glass composite for an image display panel is composed of 54 to 62 weight percentage of SiO2, 0.5 to 2.0 weight percentage of Al2O3, less than 2 weight percentage of B2O3, 4 to 7 weight percentage of K2O, 2 to 6 weight percentage of MgO, 3 to 8 weight percentage of CaO, 0.1 to 7.0 weight percentage of SrO, 4 to 10 weight percentage of BaO, 7 to 10 weight percentage of ZrO2, 0.1 to 0.5 weight percentage of P2O5, 0.3 to 0.7 weight percentage of total content of Sb2O3 and SO3. A melting point corresponding to 100 poise is less than 1500 celsius degree, a forming temperature(T2) corresponding to 10,000 poise is less than 1150 celsius degree, and a liquid phase temperature(T1) is less than 1100 celsius degree, and a viscosity value(eta1, eta2) at the liquid phase(T1) temperature is more than 20,000 poise in the glass composite.
