PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously cooling hot reduced iron to ordinary temperature and preparing hot steam and a fluidized bed type fine iron ore reducing apparatus attached with a cooling apparatus thereof are provided, which can cool hot reduced iron much more economically. CONSTITUTION: This cooling apparatus comprises a first reduced iron cooling part(110) for cooling hot reduced iron in the first stage; a final cooling part(120); and a reduced iron inducing part(130), wherein the first reduced iron cooling part contains a plurality of cooling pipes(111) for cooling reduced iron and the final cooling part connects to a cooling water inlet pipe(121) on one part and a cooling water outlet pipe(122) on another part.
