Flywheel consists of two coaxial masses mounted to rotate one in relation to other in opposition to elastic element mounted in annular housing in one mass. Elastic elements are mounted in housing in second disc fixed on face of transversal element facing web. This housing is defined by second supports placed to face end pieces. Other mass consists of reaction plate and web, which penetrates into housing. Housing is defined by transversal element fitted to first mass and first disc solid to transversal element and provided with end pieces to receive ends of elastic elements. Web is fixed to second mass and has radial feet for acting on ends of elastic elements, these feet penetrating into space defined by transversal element and first disc.
