The door has a panel (12) guided between two parallel rails (18) on either side of the opening. There are straps (24) on either side of the panel to raise or lower the door. Each strap extends from an anchor point (38) on the panel to a winding mechanism (40). Each rail has regularly spaced stops (42) and the anchor points are positioned at the end of a lever (44) which is joined to a pin which moves out towards the guide rail and comes into contact with one of the stops (42) when the strap attached to the lever becomes slack. The lever and pin are made of a single, rotating section. The stops on the rails form a type of rack. A spring (48) is attached to the lever which pushes the finger out towards the rail. |
