SEMI-DRY REACTOR WHICH RAISES CONTACT EFFECT BETWEEN EXHAUST GAS AND SLURRY

PURPOSE: Semi-dry reactor is provided which discharges exhaust gas spirally on the center of a spray nozzle to cause whirlpool phenomenon so that it maximizes contact effect between exhaust gas and slurry. CONSTITUTION: The semi-dry reactor comprises the parts of: an introduction pipe for exhaust gas which is divided into 3 pipes to feed exhaust gas, inserted into a reactor to 120 degree direction on the center of the spray nozzle and bended to the center part from inside to be discharged spirally in front of an orifice of the spray nozzle; the spray nozzle wherein the orifice is just flown in the reactor; and an inflow pipe which is bound with the upper part of the spray nozzle to flow slurry inwardly.
