PURPOSE: A production method of a drink using sap without any additives is provided to serve a pure sap drink having a high storage capacity at any time. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized by comprising the follow steps of : (i) filtrating collected sap with a 200-300mesh of a filter net to remove floating matters and storing the filtrated sap in a sterilized container of a freezer ; (ii) disinfecting the sap at 60-98°C for 1-3min and filtering the sap again to separate remained deposit of a very little amount of starch or protein ; (iii) removing various germs from the filtrated sap by passing through a micro-filtrating device having a mesh of 0.45micrometer or less ; (iv) going up the temperature of the filtered sap in a high pressure instant sterilizer by at least 110°C within a few seconds and filling a PET bottle with the sap with sealing up the bottle ; and then (v) making the inside of the PET bottle vacuous by cooling the bottle by 50°C or less.
