PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coil winding device, which can quickly and inexpensively manufacture a desired coil by regularly arraying the line to be wound of element wire with a simple constitution without exchanging parts. SOLUTION: A coil winding device 20 is provided with an aligning unit 30, having an aligning bar 32 the front end section of which comes into contact with the side face of an element wire from the vertical top side of a bobbin 24 and an actuator 34, which moves the bar 32 in three axial directions. The line to be wound of the element wire is changed by greatly deflecting a guide roller, which guides the element wire in the line changing direction and returning the roller to the original position, while the front end section of the bar 32 is brought into contact with and applies a pressing force to the side face of the element wire from the outside of the line to be wound. Since the element wire is pushed by the bar 32, the wire is not shifted by the movement of the guide roller, and an 'S'-shaped wound line changing section is formed by the movement of the guide roller. Consequently, the line to be wound of the element wires can be changed regularly. |
