PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance printing resistance after burning by coating the top of a substrate having a hydrophilic surface with a photosensitive layer containing a novolak type resin and a silica sol. SOLUTION: The top of a substrate having a hydrophilic surface is coated with a photosensitive layer containing at least a novolak type phenolic resin and/or a resol type phenolic resin, a silica sol, a material which absorbs light and generates heat and a compound which generates an acid under heat. The novolak type resin may be obtained by polycondensing one or more aromatic hydrocarbons such as phenol and m-cresol in the presence of an acidic catalyst with one or more aldehydes selected from formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde or the like, or one or more ketones selected from acetone, methyl ethyl ketone or the like, in a molar ratio of <=1. The resol type resin is similarly obtained in a molar ratio of >=1. |
