PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the characteristic of each device and to realize miniaturization and high performance by constituting a processing circuit including the output signal processing circuit of a photoelectric conversion part for photometry and a photoelectric conversion element for range-finding on a different chip from the photoelectric conversion element for range-finding. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 converts range-finding data analog-outputted from an IC 12 into a digital value so as to drive an infrared light emitting diode 16 for writing and reading out data in an EEPROM 13 and projecting light. The IC 12 has a range-finding circuit 18 and a photometric circuit 19 inside, and is constituted of a processing IC for a range-finding sensor and a photometric sensor including a photodiode performing photometry on the same chip. The photodiode is constituted of a spot sensor 21 performing the photometry of the vicinity of the center of a photographic image plane and an average photometric sensor 22 performing the photometry of parts other than the center. Since the photodiode of the photoelectric conversion element for range-finding, the photometric circuit and the range-finding circuit are mounted on one chip, mounting space is reduced and a photometric system signal is completed in the chip, whereby it is hardly influenced by noise and has high accuracy. |
