<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of connection strength of a nipple, to reduce an amount of investment in plant and equipment, and to increase productivity. SOLUTION: This hose ferrule is composed of a joint body 5 formed with a through hole 2 and a hose connecting socket portion 1, and a nipple 6 joined inside of the socket portion 1. A collar portion 9 is formed at an end portion of the nipple 6, and a recess portion 8 for storing the collar portion 9 is formed in a center of the inside end surface of the socket 1. The collar portion 9 of the nipple 6 is inserted in the recess portion 8, and then an end surface boundary line 10 of the socket portion 1 side between the outer peripheral surface of the collar portion 9 and the inner peripheral surface of the recess portion 8 is welded across the all circumference to join the nipple 6 to the joint body 5.</p> |
