PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test a light output and variations of the light output and to judge the quality of the light output at a low cost by performing operation processings of the ratio between the light output of an mage sensor unit irradiated with the light of a 1st light source and the light output of the image sensor unit irradiated with the light of a 2nd light source. SOLUTION: Average values in a block of a light output, when a LED (R) irradiates, are respectively defined as Vp-R (1A), etc., average values in a block of a light output when a LED (B) are respectively defined ad Vp-B (1A), and the ratio of the light output of when the LED (R) of the block irradiates to the light output of the LED (B) irradiates is obtained as R (1A), etc., (where R (n)=Vp-B(n)/Vp-R (n)). Then, when a deviation amount is defined asΑR,ΑR(n/n+1)=1-R-(n)/R(n+1) is established, and when the above items are successively calculated, it is possible to simulatively comprehend the deviation of spectral sensitivities between adjacent blocks.
