摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a laminate of high quality to be stably manufactured, by a method wherein a process where a resin layer is formed and another process where metal material is deposited to form a metal thin film layer in a vacuum process are carried out on a turning support, and the support is gradually decreased in temperature as the metal thin film increases in thickness. SOLUTION: A laminate manufacturing device is equipped with a cylindrical can roller 111 which rotates in a vacuum tank 115, and a cooling device is provided to cool down the outer surface of the can roller 111. A temperature measuring device 130 is installed inside the vacuum tank 115 against the outer surface of the can roller 111. When the measured temperature signals outputted from the temperature measuring device 130 are sent to a control device, the control device compares the measured value of the measuring device 130 with a set value, and, when it is found that (measured value-set value) exceeds a prescribed volume, the cooling device of the can roller 111 is controlled. The surface temperature of the can roller 111 is gradually decreased as lamination advances.
