PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance resolution of an image without increasing a memory capacity. SOLUTION: A device body 12 of a TV game device 11 is composed substantially of a CD-ROM driving part 20, an optical pick-up part 21, a sound.image processing part 22, a control circuit 23, and a memory 24. An imgae processor 25 is also provided in the processing part 22. Since the image processor 25 has an imaging coordinate off-set means for shifting, by one picture element unit or less, sampling points, at the time of imaging, of respective picture elements of an imaging frame with respect to a reference frame, an image in a condition where an image of the reference frame and an image of the imaging frame are superposed remains as an after-image in eyes, and the image is recognized thereby as an image of high resolution same as a fine image of which the number of picture elements are increased on a screen. Therefore, high resolution is attained without increasing a capacity of a frame buffer memory.
