PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform camera attaching operation by the smallest operational force by constituting fixing screws for a universal head to be reverse right and left and simultaneously fixing the fixing screws by one screw linking the right and the left screws. SOLUTION: Hexagon head bolts 205 and 206 are mounted on the left and the right of the universal head. By turning screws cut on the bolts 205 and 206 in one direction with a support nut 204, the screws cut on the bolts 205 and 206 are simultaneously fixed and tightened. The screws that are cut in an opposite direction on the bolts 205 and 206 are used. As tightening procedure, the screws are brought to the hole positions of the nut 204 and temporarily tightened by the left and the right bolts 205 and 206. As for the rotation at that time, the left and the right screws are reversely tightened. When the bolts 205 and 206 come to a screw bolt fixing angle 203 by temporary tightening, the nut 204 is rotated by tightening rotation 211, whereby the bolts 205 and 206 are simultaneously tightened because they have the reversely cut screws.
