PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen for the strength test of concrete simply enabling the measurement generating no measuring error by a measuring person and based on the revised provision of JIS and a squareness measuring apparatus of a form for the specimen. SOLUTION: One surface to be measured is placed on the specimen on a reference surface plate 11 in the case of a specimen and the reference surface plate is placed on the bottom surface being one surface to be measured in a contact state in the case of a form and the specimen or the inner surface of the form is applied to the positioning guide 16 provided to the reference surface plate to be positioned so that the measuring position of other surface to be measured becomes a predetermined position and the measuring part 15b of a measuring plate 15 provided to the reference surface plate 11 in a freely shakable manner is pressed to the other surface to be measured such as the positioned specimen and the inclination of the measuring plate 15 from a state such that the reference surface plate 11 and the measuring plate 15 are right-angled is detected by a detection part 19 to make it possible to simply measure the squareness based on the revised provision of JIS without generating a measuring error by a measuring person.
