PURPOSE: A reverse-phase transformer is provided to reduce the generation of electric field proportional to voltage by supplying a necessary amount of potential difference to electronic devices while maintaining each power line to have half of the necessary amount of potential difference about the ground potential point. CONSTITUTION: A coil is wound around a steel plate. The steel plate has input taps(INPUT TAP) at the starting point(a) of the coil and at the 2/3 times wound point(c) of the coil, and output taps(OUTPUT TAP) at the 1/3 times wound point(b) of the coil and the ending point(d) of the coil. A hot line of the first-side power source is connected to the starting point(a), and a cold line of the first-side power source is connected to the point(c). Output ends of the second-side power source are connected to the point(b) and the end point(d). Voltages having the reverse phase from each other about the ground potential point are produced from both output ends(b",d").
