PURPOSE: A method for extracting a system dynamic characteristics parameter by an industrial site unbalance response measurement is provided to inspect tools at an industrial site by simply providing a gradual changing tendency and direction of a system by recognizing information on a dangerous speed in advance. CONSTITUTION: In a method for extracting a system dynamic characteristics parameter by an industrial site unbalance response measurement, a dangerous speed, a reduction ratio and an unbalance eccentricity are extracted by measuring a rotation number and a response using a reading model of a rotor system with formulas
