PURPOSE: A lowest-price transceiver module is provided to use a plastic package, to manufacture a silicon SiOB, to arrange optical fibers in manual patterns, and to directly connect a SC-connector by using a ferrule/sleeve, so as to simplify a procedure and lower material prices. CONSTITUTION: An optical transceiver module packs a transmitter and a receiver with one package. The package is composed of plastics. The transmitter includes a first silicon optical bench. Also the transmitter comprises as follows. A laser diode is inserted into the first silicon optical bench to generate a signaling laser beam. A monitoring photodiode detects an intensity of the signaling laser beam. A first optical fiber transfers an external optical fiber. The external optical fiber delivers the signaling laser beam to other party. A first ferrule and a first sleeve fix the first optical fiber. The receiver comprises as follows, including a second silicon optical bench. A receivable photodiode detects and receives optical signals transferred from other party. A second optical fiber receives the optical signals from an external optical fiber connected to other party. A second ferrule and a second sleeve fix the second optical fiber.
