Independent claims are included for the following: (a) a blank for forming the above case has two main panels connected by curved fold lines to two closure panels and a flap; (b) a blank for forming the above case has a main panel connected by curved fold lines to two closure panels connected by fold lines to two side panels; (c) a blank for forming the above case has four trapezoidal main panels, four four-sided closure panels and a flap; (d) a blank for forming the above cover has a panel joined by parallel fold lines to an other panel and a flap respectively. Preferred Features: The cover has an oval, ovoid or elliptical cross section maintained solely by the presence of the case within it. The cover has a window in it.
