PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the direction or angle of the transmission and reception of lights according to IrDA(an infrared data association). SOLUTION: An optical transmitting and receiving part 1 and a mounting part 2 are constituted in separate bodies, and the optical transmitting and receiving part 1 is constituted so as to be rotatable with a rotary shaft 4 as a center, and a transmission side lens 5 optically connected with a optical transmitting diode and a reception side lens 6 optically connected with a photodiode are housed in a main body 10. An electrode 3 with a double annular pattern is co-axially formed with the rotary shaft 4 as a center on the outer face of the bottom face of the main body 10. An electrode 7 with a double annular pattern whose dimension is the same as that of the electrode 3 of the optical transmitting and receiving part 1 is formed on the outer face of the upper face of the mounted part 2, and the optical transmitting and receiving part 1 is mounted on the mounting part 2 so as to be rotatable with the rotary shaft 4 as a center in a state that the mutual circular rings of the electrode parts 3 and 7 are overlapped. |
