PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor-attached wiring board, a wiring board used for it, and a capacitor with which noise is surely removed and the resistance and inductance which follow the connection between an IC chip and capacitor are decreased. SOLUTION: An IC-chip mounted capacitor-attached wiring board 100 is a capacitor-attached wiring board 110, on which an IC chip 101 is mounted, and a wiring board 120 has multiplicity of IC connection board bumps 152 and a bottomed recessed capacitor arrangement space 121. A capacitor 130, provided in the space 121, comprises a pair of electrodes and multiplicity IC connection capacitor bump 131 terminals connected to either of them. The IC connection capacitor bumps 131 are flip-chip connected to capacitor connection bumps 103, while the IC connection board bumps 152 are flip-chip connected to board connection bump 104, respectively. |
