PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging from occurring because of vibration in the midst of transportation in pressure relief structure in an electrophotographic image forming device constituted so that a process cartridge is provided with the pressure relief structure and toner is prevented from being splashed. SOLUTION: The process cartridge 20 is fitted to an image forming device main body so that it is freely loaded and unloaded. The cartridge 20 is provided with a latent image carrier having a surface on which a latent image is formed, a developing device 12 developing the latent image by using two-component developer and a cleaning device 15 eliminating the toner left on the latent image carrier after the image is transferred on a recording medium.
